Starting out with just a desk and two drawer filing cabinet above a mate’s workshop, M&G Industrial has grown to a building of over 1500sqm of warehouse and showroom employing nine people. We are a local family-owned business which includes my wife and my two sons.
My background before establishing M&G Industrial was for many years at CBC Bearings and Dunlop Flexhide.
Going by the comments of customers coming from outside this area, I believe M&G Industrial is a very unique business regarding the diversity and quality of our range.
We endeavour to source products that have been tried and tested within our market and have proven to be value for money – the majority being of European in origin.
I have an excellent crew working with me that have a vast range of experience and knowledge that I mercilessly whip to provide excellent customer service.
We all have a laugh and try to have a good time – but we are all very serious about our work.
With the launch of this new website, we are generally providing details just on the stock that we carry with relevant information to enable us to assist you. There are some exceptions where we just show the manufacturer’s full catalogue such as with bearings and lifting equipment. The range of product that we can supply is vast – but we have to draw the line somewhere. We’ve decided not to provide pricing on these stocked items or do e-commerce with this new website as it would not be practicable for us to do so – we have a hard enough time just keeping up with updating the price labels within the shop let alone over 160 product groups online.
